At Paws and Laughs, we take pride in offering a wide range of products, each uniquely crafted to your specifications. Please note that we operate on a print-on-demand model, meaning every order is custom-made specifically for you upon purchase. As a result, we do not keep an inventory of pre-made items.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrives damaged.

Proof of Issue

To address any concerns, we kindly ask you to record the unpacking of your item with a video or take photos. This will help us verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

Damage Policy

  • Report within 7 days: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include the video or photos as proof of the damage.
  • Free replacement: If the damage is not caused by you, we will replace the item at no cost.

Defect Policy

  • Report within 30 days: If you discover a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us and provide the necessary proof (photos or video).
  • Free replacement: If the defect is our responsibility, we will replace the item free of charge.

Policy Limitation
